At Backpacking Light, we stand by our high-performance gear; if your apparel or pack isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are intact and included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
